This page can't be displayed message showing while trying to access Azure portal from browser of a Windows Server 2016

While trying to access the azure portal(Microsoft Azure) from the browser in Windows Server 2016 Standard server, am getting this error message.
server image details: image 2016 server\20180913.0045.svr2016x64

But, when tried to access the same from another Windows Server 2016 Standard Server machine, it worked. But it's server image is different.
server image details: server\20190519.1838.svr2016x64

How can I resolve this in 2018 image of Windows Server 2016 Standard?
