Missing Photo Viewer on Windows Server 2016

We have new Windwos Server 2016 installation and standard, old photo Viever is misisng. Is there a way to install it or maybe install/enable new applciation called Microsoft Photos. Looks like Microsoft Photos replaced Photo Viewer on Windows 10. Is it a way to install it on Windows Server 2016?
