Many people are not aware that Outlook email client this is obligated to use specific operating system file, this be the container of available TLS and SSL certificates.
When fresh Apache email servers they requiring specific version of certificates and there is no any, they will not aloud email client connection POP3 or other.
This translates that any version of Ms Office outlook this will fail to bypass such a restriction.
Very recently TLS 1.0 and SSL 3.0 natively supported at windows XP this both are now blocked.
Regarding Microsoft obligations, we are not talking here for a small bug fix request or a security update.
We are talking about Win 7 absolutely necessary OS single file upgrade, so Microsoft email clients (Outlook) to keep working by sending and receiving email within 2020 and the years to come.
