I have been experiencing app crashes for several days. Results in a crash to desktop and its always the same error code.

More Info:
- I have been running this instance of Windows 10 Pro for 6 months and never experienced this error until last week. Since then, I have received this same error/CTD at least 30x in several different applications.
- I have not installed any new hardware or made any significant changes to any of the settings.
Troubleshooting:
- I have run Windows memory test.
- I have run Windows system file checker
- I have run MemTest86 3 times successfully with 0 errors
- I have re-installed Windows (keeping files and settings)
- I have updated all drivers.
- I have run Windows error checking on the OS/App drives.
Please help! I am going crazy here. I am happy to try anything and will gladly provide any other relevant information.
