Hello !
I'm using the Sony computer, model VPCEH2DFX with the built-in Sony Visual Communication Camera and built-in microphone.
After upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7, my camera and microphone no longer works. I reinstalled the drivers, check if anything is using those in process explorer, installed Windows 7 alongside Windows 10, using many camera apps and mic test apps, yet they still don't work. When I open the default Windows 10's Camera app, it flashes two errors (Unable to find the camera and Another app is using the camera) continuously, as shown below.
I found no process using the camera and microphone when I check in the process explorer. It'd be a pleasure if someone can help me as soon as possible, especially during this pandemic, when we mostly work at home and attend many meetings online.
