The file is not detecting as a exe.file.

Hi,

I have no idea what im doing. I bought my daughter a Wacom Intuos creative pen tablet. Have registered the device, downloaded the software plus the free one that comes with it, went to open it and it asks what file I would like to open it with? None of the options are working?? Please help!

The only options is gives is photo gallery, windows media player, windows photo viewer, wordpad, Notepad, Paint, photo gallery.
