Resolution is stuck at 640 x 480 and the option to change it is greyed out.

Context: I've tried every common solution to this problem. I've updated my graphics card driver, rolled it back, uninstalled it, created a new user and even reset my PC, and it's still locked at 640 x 480. It might have something to do with the fact I plugged my Nintendo Switch into the monitor via the HDMI port, (which is the port my computer also uses) and switched the cables around when I was done. Thanks in advance.
