Windows Vista

I have an old laptop running Windows Vista. I have since replaced it, but my hard drive crashed the other day, so I need a computer. HOWEVER, I’ve forgotten my password, and I must have reset the admin password, because I can’t get into safe mode, either. I’ve been all over the house and can’t find any of my old boot disks. How can I get in?
