when I put a cd in my tower the info would come straight on the screen, now nothing, I have got some files to show, though clicking on the number in photos ! but this is not how it was ! most of my files for medical are on disc,
and I need to go back to 2016, to view ! every one still needs to view disc, I know advicement from Floppy disc was cd, and DVD, please keep the web site going, as this is the only way to view medical records, computer shuts down, and become corrupt ! hense why i have mine on disc, can you fix it please, thank you. not sure if mine was xp or visa, but I am windows 10 now,
