Windows profile vista business basic problems

I tried to turn on my laptop and it wont load my profile I've logged out and back in and it loads but every time I boot my computer it happens and now my computer is running slower than ever nothing had changed since before this issue arose and I've tried searching online for a solution but am getting nowhere can anyone help
