help! I was doing a project on word on my husband's HP pavilion series desktop computer. I discovered the wireless connection was lost so I reset the router shut down the computer turned it back on still not working. I then discovered it was fine on my cell phone I could access my browser I contacted our Internet provider and they did a test and the Internet is fine.
I have tried every hint to reestablish the connection I cannot find a wireless option now it just shows broadband or dial-up when I go in to try and set a connection. I can't connect to the Internet to download any drivers I don't know what to do and I'm not a computer geek
Does anyone have any hints on how I can reestablish a wireless option on the computer? Any help is sincerely appreciated.
I was only working on word so I wasn't accessing anything else that I could've deleted anything. I also did a system restore and that didn't change anything
