can i still access emails lost from outlook express when I deleted programme -tried re opening with microsoft works cd but wont start email section

hello


i lost access to my outlook express email account when deleted in error - i thought transferring to newer outlook

my emails would all cross over (big mistake i know)


i have used outlook with tiscali since 2004 and had all my customers emails saved going back around 2 years

which i am lost without them


is it at all possible to access them somewhere on the internet (this happened 2 weeks ago) i still have all the setup details

i got from tiscali when opening the account ,pass codes etc for outlook express.


it would save my bacon ,business wise if you can help
