my windows 7 upgrade advisor is not connecting to microsoft server

Hii,i have downloaded windows 7 upgrade advisor but when i click ''start search'',it says that it is not able to connect to microsoft server.please help me fix this.I have hp 630 modle laptop buyed in 2012.IT properties are below:-
