Windows server 2012r2 boots to blue screen "Choose an option"

Hi,

we are having an issue on our dell poweredge 2950 server. after auto restart on weekend, it is keep on coming blue screen "chose an option".

we tried SFC /Scannow. it was fixed two errors and request to restart the system, even back same screen.

kindly update us best solution for this issue.
