How do I get-RID-of " McvuICntexe which comes up on the screen each time that I "Start-Up" ! ?

Each time I switch-On my Computer after logging onto Goggle "Start button, each time I do so - I get a message from "McUICntexe" - Entry Point Not Found which says "The procedure entry point BCryptDeriveKeyPBKDF2 could not be located in the dynamic link library brypt.dll."

It will NOT let me DELETE or close it !

Please help me to get rid of this annoying interference whenever I log onto my computer to start it. It started about 5 weeks ago !
