ADFS + Certificate based MFA + Windows 2012 R2

Hi All,

I am new to ADFS implementation. I was learning how to implement MFA in ADFS. I am not able to achieve certificate based MFA in my lab. I created a user certificate template from CA, but when I am trying to generate certificate, it is showing unavailable. I have checked the security settings for the user in the security tab of template and it have all the rights.

Can anybody guide for the same.
