Define certificate in windowns server 2016

I set up a server 2016 standard for SharePoint. I have certificate server and I need to use ssl certificate for server 2016.

I logged in to the server 2016 as user Domain Administrator account. I double click on server certificate in IIS. After finishing the procedure I got below error:




I researched on internet occording to this article:

Fixing “The RPC Server is Unavailable” error in Windows

I did these four steps:

• Malfunctioning RPC services
• Disabled file and printer sharing
• Issues with network connectivity
• Registry files related to the RPC service have been corrupted

But again I got the same error

I appreciate anybody who can guide me
