I'm encountering the error (No certificate templates could be found. You do not have permission to request a certificate from this CA, or an error occurred while accessing the Active Directory) when attempting to submit a certificate request or renew request. I followed the articles listed below but I'm still encountering the error. The certificate Authority is a domain controller running Windows 2012r2. There were no apparent error in the application log.
