Flaky graphic driver?

I hope I am successful at explaining this. I have online classes and zoom(zoom is for video calling) that experience problems, but I think the best explanation is the experience I have with a game called "diablo 3"; which is kind of a 3d mario brothers from an skyview 3rd party perspective where you run around and beat up waves of bad guys. These problems I can fix by uninstalling and updating my display adapter but only for about a day and then the problem resurfaces. When there is a problem with 1 there is a problem with all of them. YouTube, for whatever reason always works great (there's no 2-way involved?). I'm even confused about how it could be graphics driver related, but the fix I mentioned definitely works. I will explain what happens in the classes and zoom (same problem) in a moment. In the game: My guy can 'whirlwind' (which is what has become my default test-check for the problem) which is where he spins around and can hit people. About every 20s there is a problem where the 'bad guys' stop walking around but stand there dancing mortal-kombat style, and I can whirlwind but it doesn't make any contact just passes through and the game doesn't register it but I can move around, and sometimes when I stop moving the animation gets stuck and there is kind of a tornado around my character. Then the entire system catches up, about 2-3s later. (just quick) for some other skills when you select them you can see the buttons on the screen depress, but the game takes the couple seconds to register them..

In the classes and zoom what happens is about every 20s still, the webcam image will freeze for that 2-3s period and then pick up exactly where it left off... Like I said YouTube always works fine and I can always get it fixed but I can't figure out what the problem is.

They all experience problems only with each other.

I have made leaps in performance but I can't shake the problem, lol. One more thing that might be related. I had a problem with my sound driver where the windows update was updating the driver and would cause it to get real scratchy and sound like it was underwater. I was able to hide the update through a microsoft troubleshooter and didn't experience any further problem. I have no such luck with the display adapter. The craziest thing though, I had found a driver from DriverMax while looking for a fix to the graphics problem which worked great. Since then I have performed a factory reset, and 1. DriverMax doesn't show the new (which came most randomly with something called.. hd realtek manager?) 2. The sound drivers do not find any newer updates 3. I have for whatever reason no problems with my audio since. The DriverMax driver did sound better though..

So anyways, I really hope someone can help.
