a service properties changes automatically

i am actually having some trouble with a service named uncheat for pubg pc lite,,, it needs to be set up to automatic for the game to be play but everytime when I set it to automatic and start the game, service changes to manual itself and i can't start that service after this, if i try to staart it shows an error :0xe0ff0002,, please help
