We installed the patch KB4550961(released April 14, 2020) for our Windows 2012 R2 servers, which broke ASP.NET cookie SameSite Setting (httpCookies requireSSL="true" sameSite="None"). We then installed the fix April 21, 2020—KB4550958, but after installation, the ASP.NET cookie SameSite Setting, remains broken.
Our issue is that cookie sharing between two different domains (crosssite sharing) is not working. We have an ASP.NET website built on .NET Framework 4.8 hosted on IIS on the server which shares cookie between two domains using iframe.
Please advice on alternative solution / fix.
