Windows Server 2012 R2 evaluation product key?

For whatever reason, WS2012R2 evaluation is asking for a product key.

i downloaded it from Microsoft Evaluation Center, mounted it to a USB and tried to install it on a fresh drive. It asks for a product key.

I found this thred, Download the Evaluation: Windows Server 2012 R2 product key but it didn't help.


Any suggestions?
