Windows activation error

My laptop comes with inbuilt Windows 8 OS then automatically upgrade to Windows 10. Yesterday I reset instead of refresh, and it rollback to Windows 8 and ask the activation. The key that used on the Windows 10 doesn't compatible with windows. Please guide me to solving this issue.
