Hi guys,
I just recently installed a Windows Server 2019 on a computer equipped with a raid adapter; I use it as a private cloud for all my family members (photos, documents etc.). Everything is working fine, except for an error event on Event Log System that appears with swiss precision every hour, at minute 34 second 35. Nothing bad about it until now, but I just noticed some seconds before this event is logged all the HDD wake up from their suspended state. This can obviously reduce the life of my HDDs, so I want to prevent this from happening, but I can't find any useful info about the event itself.
Here follows the event:
I looked for arcsas event source, and inside the registry it looks like this:
Just to make sure, IoLogMsg.dll actually exists on my system, is provided by Microsoft itself and a check with SFC did not reveal any corruption, so I don't understand why the event can not be found.
Also, right after and right before this event is noting that can help me in finding the root cause.
I'd like to understand what this event is and resolve the issue, but what I want more it to find what is that every hour tries to access my HDDs and eventually turn it off (or tune it with a lower frequency).
Has anyone some suggestion on how to troubleshoot this?
Thank you!
