Windows 8 to Windows 10

I bought a laptop Samsung a few years ago, I updated it to Windows 10 a soon it was possible (5 years or more), I started having a problem with the performance, so I "repaired" my Windows 10 with the repair tool and it works until now, I created a USB to recover, that, my laptop starts frozen, so I used again I used the USB, it looked good, until I check and update to Windows 8 and I can update to Windows 10. What can I do to have again Windows 10 on my laptop?
