Windows 10: application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware

Since April 21st I've had this happen after a crash while playing a video game ( Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord ) I don't know what triggers said crash but since then whenever I load the game up it crashes before reaching the main menu, disconnects both my moniters and forces me to hard reset my computer, I also have this happen randomly when playing other video games now. To the point that even attempting to play games is a lost cause as 20 to 30 minutes in it crashes. Now I have looked up methods to fix this online and none, not a single one has worked. A list of what I have tried is as follows -

-Update Graphics Drivers

-Uninstall and Reinstall Graphics Drivers

-Run sfc /scannow in CMD prmpt

-Run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

-Run Systems Maintenance troubleshooter

-Attempted Hardware troubleshooter but can't find it

-Rolled back Drivers

-Went into Regisrty Editor and upped my TdrDelay to 8 and 20

-Tried Windows 10 Install repair

-Fully reformatted and reinstalled Windows 10

After the last one I am not completely out of ideas as to what the problem might be, my graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 on Driver version 445.87, I have a Intel Core i7-9700F CPU @3.00GHz and 15.88GB RAM and as stated before everything ran smoothly and without a problem till a random crash, not to mention I'd clocked up 70+ hours on the game before this happened with not a single incident.

And in these trying times it's really starting to get to me that I have a PC that can run a large amount of games and yet here I am unable to to do so dude to this recuring problem, is this an Windows update issue, I have already posted on someone elses questions having what seems to be the same sort of issue here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-hardware/display-driver-failed-to-start-using-microsoft/cb7f8ea7-d12d-4c75-bca6-b003c765e81f?tm=1588076920597&rtAction=1588076619440

Any advice or an actual solutions would be greatly appreciated.
