DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION

I encountered a blue screen when I tried to connect my Bluetooth headphones to my HP ENVY (it was working fine before this). I assumed it was a one-off error but it kept on occurring. In an attempt to solve this issue, I searched the Microsoft support area and was recommended to use the command prompt to verify my drivers. Now I am stuck in a constant blue-screening loop of DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION immediately after signing into my computer (I cannot get past this, so any potential solution which requires me to get into something like command prompt is impossible). I had the idea to reinstall windows in an attempt to fix this, as I couldn't think of any way to solve this otherwise, but the laptop cannot even recognise the USB either, despite just installing it. How can I solve this issue? Any help would be appreciated, as I have a test in a few hours and if I do not have a face-cam, I will automatically fail.
