MS Server 2012R2
Server - 8 HDDs - C:, D:, and M:
The attached error message shows up occasionally on 3 different computers out of 30. The M: is not a mapped drive to each computer as it is accessed from the application (the drive houses scanned items and the server software (a medical package) knows the location of the scanned items (multimedia).
The desktop is opening up the application of server C:. The med package knows it keeps the traknetmulti files on the M: (also located on the server) but the url is used to map.
I was leaning toward this being a TSL 1.0 issue.

The network folder located at '\\192.168.1.6\traknetmulti\' is
not accessible. This will create issues through the application.
Possible causes:
- current windows user does not have access to the location
- windows user does not have the appropriate permissions
- problem with the network
Please contact your IT administrator to fix these problems.
