Every time I tune on my computer and sign in Windowpowershell pops up and does nothing than go away. Next when I open my browser it pops up again then shut down my browser then go's away and then my browser open up again. What can I do to solve this problem? I have try to download an updated windowspowershell. I've even tried to uninstall the program. I have HP Pavillion p1417cb PC. Can any one help me.
