outlook e-mail major issues

I have lots of issues with receiving my e-mails since mid February from an update. I have a Windows 10 computer, not an Apple product


My E-mails can be seen on my phone- my iPad, and on the website of the provider.

For me to view my e-mails after I open my OUTLOOK app on my computer (outlook) the e-mails downloads, and spins back up and goes away.

At this point, This is the process I have to take to get to my e-mails.

My e-mail is coming to the provider's website. This is what is called a POP account. I go to the site which is sktc.com, to emails, they are in TRASH. From the TRASH I have to go to RECOVERED DELETED items, select all that I want to recover, then send it to the IN box. Then the top will let me know how many e-mails I have selected to go to “INBOX”, I close out of the provider's links

Go back to my outlook and there are my e-mails. I have a process to go through to get to my e-mails. I am pretty tired of this



My internet provider said it isn’t them it is Microsoft. I would like a fix.

Please help me.
