IIS server CPU/web app spiking every 20 minutes

Hi everyone


I am having a problem with high CPU usage on my IIS server. The problem i am having is the my CPU builds up for about 20 minutes then drop back down see below





I have had a look a performance monitor and can see my we apps are acting in the same way






Sorry this is my first time posting so please let me know if you need any more info.
