Hi, I have tried to update multiple times with no success on my MSI laptop. I do not receive an error code. Sometimes I just get a message that the update failed, other times my machine stays on the MSI logo and does not finish booting up after the final restart.
Typically I reach the screen that says "your update is ready. Your PC needs to restart to complete the update." However after that, the reboot does not work successfully after the second reboot cycle. It stops at the MSI logo screen and stays at that point, where I have no option but to reboot which results in no upgrade taking place. After rebooting to get off the MSI logo screen, i get the message that "recent changes are being undone".
I've tried both the windows update assistant and the media creation tool and tried suggestions like uninstalling antivirus and dealing with drivers.
