Hi,
Trying to upgrade to W10 on a computer that was running W7 the last time it ran a few years ago.
I get a message on boot that windows didn't shut down properly last time...I can only get it to come up in Safe Mode.
The W10 installation stops because there is an existing windows version running. The W7 only runs in Safe Mode.
Can't reformat the C: drive either (Safe Mode)
Any ideas? Thanks.
