I have configured WebDAV access for external users. I use the IIS server as part of Windows Server 2012. Virtual directory on the file server. All servers are members of the AD domain.
This problem occurs. When you try to open Word and Excel files, an authentication request occurs.

but the above solution did not help me.
Also in discussion When accessing a WebDAV mapped drive, how to open a PDF or Office file without being prompted to re-enter your username and password
there is a suggestion to change the security settings of Internet Explorer. But this decision did not help me.
Has anyone encountered this problem? And what are the ways to solve it?
