Window Vista Business lost password

How can I get on to this system with Window Vista Business as I have forgotten the Admin password.


All I want to do is logon and upgrade the operating system.

The Spec of the system is DELL INSPIRON

32 bit operating System.


I can't do anything without the Admin password.
