Windows activation loop, put it in win.ini that's it

Boot in to safe mode and run exploret.exe
Login a as Adminstrator
cd.. (enter)
cd.. (enter)
cd windows (enter)
c:\windows\explorer.exe (yes)
Find and Edit c:\win.in as below, and reboot

Add this line to avoid ending your licence
in win.in at last line

c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe syssetup,SetupOobeBnk
