IIS Worker Process Bottleneck

Large number of awaiting requests on application pool which led to crash in pool as per the below error logs


many errors in the httperr log file.

• Connection Abandoned by ReqQueue on Audit App pool
• Connection Dropped on all application pools
• 503 “Service Unavailable” response

Event application log = A process Serving application pool failed to respond to a ping

i need to know the root cause and corrective actions
