I installed Minecraft Dungeons on my 8yo's computer today. When he tries to play, it prompts him to ask for a parent's permission (which is fine, since that's what it's supposed to do). However, when he clicks on the "send by email" button, it gives him an error: "Something went wrong. We're working on it - try again in a little bit." The Trace ID is ZKRJ9yaBok+C9cZR.8.1.
Thinking it might have something to do with the ESRB 10 rating, I fiddled with his birth date a bit in Microsoft Family Safety to see if I could circumvent it (I didn't age him to 13+, because I didn't want to have to delete and re-add him, since it can be a bit of a pain to get the apps he we allow him to use to have the necessary permissions), but to no avail. I'm kind of at my wits' end.
