We have configured a remote access (HTML5 VPN) from Sophos UTM Firewall to Windows Server 2012 R2. The goal is to established remote desktop to the server. The config is working fine before then suddenly we got an internal server error every time the user try to connect to the server using HTML5 VPN. Sophos used Network Level Authentication. This was been reported to Sophos and based on their findings, the fault was not from the firewall and it does not block any traffic but the server is the one who sending packet reset. I checked the logs on the event viewer and found out that every time user try to connect, the server just receive a connection (Event 261) which supposedly after that, the user must be authenticated (Event 1149)
