Hi
i have been experiencing several issues with BSODs on my HP ZBook over the last few months, the majority of these coincided with installing the fortnite video game.
I cant quite see how this caused an issue, but it originally appeared to be with the anti cheat system which was installed along side the game.
Following the issues, Fornite and all related software was uninstalled, and the problems appeared to go away for 10 days.
Then BSODs kept happening again - see below for the problems
1. - 0x00000139 / ntoskrnl.exe
2. 0x00000139 / ntoskrnl.exe
3. - 0xc000021a / ntoskrnl.exe
4. DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x0000009f
ntoskrnl.exe
5. SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION - 0x000000c1
ntoskrnl.exe
ntoskrnl.exe+1c2390
In order to resolve these, i tried running memtest 86, system scanner, driver verifier and none seem to help resolve the issues.
I also discovered that a recent driver update for my graphics card had been installed so i rolled that back, but the BSODs kept coming
Not sure what to do next ? or how to figure out how to solve this problem.
