Windows 8 locked out

So i had my school laptop stole but yhe police recovered it. Well whoever stole it couldnt get in and locked it out. When i turn on the laptop i have a black screen with a blue outlined box that says "enter administrator or user password" ....now i need to gain access to this laptop without loosing any saved data or anything
