Last night I updated to Windows 10 2004 Update and now I cannot access our printer through a networked PC (running Win 7). It worked perfect yesterday, and when I try media sharing, I can see pictures and listen to music on that machine, but when I try to access through either printer setup or directly through the Network window it comes up with "Network error".
I have applied the following steps, and I continue to receive the error: services.msc
Start the following services: Function Discovery Provider Host, Function Discovery Resource Publication, SSDP Discovery, TCP/IP NetBIOS helper, UPnP Device Host
Turn Windows Features On/Off:
Go to SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support and enable all.
I changed this to only enable SMB 1.0/CIFS Client
Windows-R: gpedit.msc
Local Computer Policy, Admin, Lanman Workstation, Enable insecure guest logons
I also disabled UAC. Still comes up with same error. Am running Windows 10 Pro, version 2004, build 19041.264
