When I were searching on the Internet for a way to increase the performance of a PC, the following video said (

) that increasing the Virtual Memory from Advanced System Settings on Windows 10 will improve the performance. I did some research about this, and I found it is to be true. But, I don't know whether is it safe or not to increase it to 4 GB or above as it was said in the video. I got a laptop with 4 GB RAM and 1387 MB Recommended Amount of Virtual Memory. Should I increase this Virtual Memory to like 4096 MB (4 GB) ?
