Hello everyone!
I recently experienced a weird bug on my surface Pro 5:
after exiting sleeping mode, the screen backlight would stop working. At first, I thought that the screen was not turning on. When I hard restart my computer the problem disappears.
I have this problem with about 40% of the time I go out of sleeping mode.
I realized more recently that the screen was actually on but with no backlight at all (darker than if I reduce the light display to 0).
If I have a secondary screen, I can manage to play with the parameters to deactivate/ reactivate the main screen, which solves the problem.
But when I'm on the go, I cannot do that, and the only solution I found is to hard restart the computer.
I also realized that the touch screen stopped working after this bug until I restarted my computer.
Does anyone ever experienced that and maybe found a fix?
Thank you so much for your help!
