I use Windows 7 64 bit and a Canon Ip6600d. This is a combination I have worked with quite happily with for years without a problem. It is cable connected and I have checked them out.
The other day it decided that it would not print pictures any more. It is quite happy to print Word documents including pictures that are included in the document. It prints the test page OK.
If I want to print a picture like a JPEG nothing happens. I select print and the red bar moves across the bottom of the print page which tells me something has been sent but when you check there is nothing in the print queue. All settings I have checked are as I remember them.
It's as if there is a print text only switch. I have not changed any setting because if it works I don't fix it.
Why does it print some things and not others. What has changed and can someone please help?
