Please I need help this has cost me so much money nothing but trouble any time I try something cant get anything done, my Acer Aspire locked me out after I updated to windows 10 it could not be saved, it caused it to crash. I got a new laptop Windows 10 is a nightmare i can't get anything done its over secured first of all that is what is causing all this run around fix ,deny, install, go to app store, deny , verify, locks up, change password, wants me to buy office again product key is on previous laptop, and charge me monthly to use the programs . It's not a program its a nightmare they want to control everything. Who do I need to talk to ? I want my money back ,The later version of Windows works . Seems to me that there is to many apps to run, Microsoft and windows takes up to much room and is not compatible with any thing they use the excuse it's all about security "Security " it's overrated . I am at my boiling point sitting here for hours all's I get is Verify, go to download, go to the app store, the apps store, the apps store, app that they approve is not going to work for your needs, security ck again, change pass word, verify, lock screen, calls phone to verify, what is the Number you see, verify, over and over again , change password, secure system, have you secured system?, locks you out until you go through the steps, go through the steps again, your locked out, change password 15 times in two days , over and over and over again it doesn't work for me,. It is a war between Google and Microsoft I had to remove my Google email off the account to get any thing DONE !!! Because Google was not secure . And now my Samsung phone android , Google based has been taken over by "Microsoft Launch" where is ,my home page , my apps, my business APPS LOCKED OUT AGAIN? ENOUGH On a Android phone (HOLY ****) WHO do I call ? "BEST BUY" is where I got it. I want my old laptop back that windows caused to crash, money isn't just sitting there for me to go out and buy a new device anytime it crashes, and now I am 1 week behind with everything. Computer Tec that analyzed my laptop took 2 days then another week is gone before I get back online and now this. I am so worked up right now I can't type fast ENOUGH .. "Yelling at someone with you hands is not easy"...
