My pc keeps restarting

yeaterday i downloaded win 10(earlier running win8)and installed it,then i got a problem that my pc keeps restarting on its own so i reinstalled win 8,but still the problem continued to persist .it keeps showing a blue restart screen and restart.i an having a 3 ghz pentinium dual core processor with 2 gigs of ram,nvidia geforce 210 gpu.please help.
