Hi All,
We have an issue in our production environment which is CPU suddenly spike to 100% and VM hangs/unresponsive mode and the only way is to FORCE REBOOT server in order to recover the system. Somehow we could find as one of our application causing this problem.
We tried to get the Process dump for further analysis but system already went to unresponsive mode (hangs) and not able to login as well, So we taken the VM snapshot (.vmsn) and converted to Memory dump with help of vmss2core-sb-8456865.exe.
Anyone can advise this memory dump (created from .vmsn) will help to find the root cause for High CPU issue by windbg or any other dump analysis tool. If yes, Please guide me to debug the dump file.
Windows OS : Windows server 2016
.Net framework : 4.6
Thanks & Regards,
