MSI Motherboard starts up on connecting power supply!

I have an MSI MBd . MS-7125 VER:1 on my bench, with no components or anything plugged in except a PSU. When I turn the PSU on, all fans start to run without any start button. I have a spare MS-7125 VER1 and that is the same. This problem exists when inserted into the case and all components installed.
