Windows Updates and Restarting

I've recently installed Windows Admin Centre which I have used to look at the available updates for one of my servers. It has shown an available update KB4561616, and shows in the reboot required column as "No". I went to start the install but it's a bit confusing as the options at the bottom of the page require you to either say restart straight away or to set a date and time to restart, even though it's telling me this update doesn't require a reboot.

So instead I log into the server like I would normally, open up Settings and do the update from there. When it finishes installing I get a message saying the install requires a reboot to finish installing. Annoying as again Admin Centre said this didn't require an update, but ok I'll leave it pending until the next time I can reboot this machine. This is my main DC/File server that is used by my whole company so we only restart it out of hours on weekends and give plenty of people notice so I can't really go ahead and restart it tonight. Poblem is I notice in the update window it says it's going to restart outside of the servers active hours. To avoid it restarting right now, as we are currently outside of the set active hours, I change it to a scheduled restart. This is only letting me postpone it until next Friday.

Is there anyway to postpone this for longer? If I log onto it tomorrow, can I push it back a day? Also what's up with Admin Centre saying it doesn't require a reboot when it clearly does?
